Talking about love is an endless story. Everyone talks about it at any place, at any time. Some talks about it with sparkling eyes and huge smile. Some talks about it with tears. Some keep silent on it but can't avoid it either. Either we speak about it or not, it is there. Either we embrace it or not it doesn't really matter. Either we believe in it or see it as an utopia concept, it will change nothing. Love is everywhere :) and there's an extraordinary love like no love you know before. This Love called Agape. It's not abstract at all. It's real. It's live.Agape always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.This verse is like a ribbon wrapping all the other Agape characteristics. Agape is the whole package,not only accepting good things but also no too good things. Agape is a "even though" Love. Agape is not "because" of love. When we care about someone in Agape,we take the whole package,through high and low;through, past, present and future; through weak and strong. It's hard,not easy at all. But remember you are loved (Agape) by God,maybe this will help us a little.
Agape always protects. Paul use the words similar with "cover" in this characteristics Agape is like a coat cover our body and gives warmth. God had put that coat before. When we're in doubt He ensure us. When we feel alone He's there with us. When we're down He lift us up. When we cry He wipes away our tears. When we need life He gives us His. Because we have received we shall give. Look around you,maybe you'll fine somebody need a coat from you. Give it to them.
Agape always trust. Trust is one of the best present we can give to other. Trust show that they're precious. Trust let them know that they're appreciated. Trust define that they're loved. How to show our trust towards other?start by doing this 3 simple things:be there, listen,and speak encouragement at the right time.Agape: always hope. Hope is like an olive leaf in Noah's hand-a proof there's a land after flood. A confirmation of a dream's worth to be fought for. If you need a leaf of Hope right now,listen this:"God loves you,He really cares for you".If you had one before,now it's time for you to share it with others. A tap an a shoulder,a hug, a silence listening,a smile,encouragement words;those are leaf in your hand you can share.Agape always perseveres. Agape stays no matter what. When difficulties comes, it stays. When trouble in on the way,it stand tall. When others give up,Agape stays and go extra miles. Not because might,not because power,but just the love is just way much bigger than the pain and trouble. And if you could stay in silence a while,really deeply seek and look into it,you'll find Agape beauty and glory. Agape never fails. Agape cares because it choose to do so. Agape cares when someone is not deserved cares. Agape cares when everyone else leave you,abandon you;but Agape cares in all circumstances.Agape has power to change people's life. When we learn to do Agape in our relationship,we'll see miracles happened. We'll see changes. We'll see ourself and other changes. And that's the beauty of Agape,it reveals the best of us. 
Agape is a Verb. Agape do things not only preach. It is so more than theory,it's an application in a relationship,in life. It is seen on the way we treat others,not stop on how we feel for them. Agape is more than a feeling,it's a commitment. Agape is a Verb.Based on my experience,being able to remember details means a lot. When we remember details about others,it shows how precious that person to us. Details separate that person from anybody else. It gives a special signature that he/she is somebody. Agape respects others by remembering their details.My life has taught me that everything has a risk. Life is always about choices of risk. Some of our choices will take us higher and some other will become a wrong turn. Through it all never regret whatever choices we've made,because we learn from it. We grow with it. Same with Agape,it has risk,but it worth to be fought for. Agape takes risks.When we so determined doing all possible things we can for others sake;we dare to bear all difficulties it takes,we are applying Agape. Agape is determined and endure.Wise man says time will reveal everything,maybe this also applied to Agape. Agape stands through time and difficulties. It will always be there no matter of barriers nor hurts. Not because it's stubborn,but just because Agape can't just leave like that. Agape stands through time.Sometimes things are out of our hand,no matter what we do we change nothing. But don't give up,miracle does happen. Miracle still happens. Agape doesn't throw the towel quickly and give up. Agape believe in miracles.It's quite amazing when Agape involve,it'll give you a warm feeling inside and a non-stop shining grin on your face. If you ask me whether Agape will change the world,yes it will and yes it is,at least it's changed mine :) .Agape is powerful!
Yesterday one of my friend ask," can a man do Agape?" the answer is:no man can do it perfectly but yes the value still can be done,sometimes the key is not on whether it can or can't be done,it's all about want to do it or not. Willing to get down on it and push it to the limit or just leave it as a concept :) And remember,no one can do it before experience it and have the Power to do it.1 Chorintians 13,maybe the most quoted verse describing Agape,it raised the bar to the highest and teach us what real love is. If we change the word 'Agape' in the verse and change it into our own name (eg:Andy is patient,always protects,and so on)we'll find that it'a huge lie,by our own power we won't meet the requirements,but Jesus already did,He has done it. With His Spirit in us,we'll be able to do it better...maybe not perfect,but for sure better than we do right now.The only way love can last a lifetime is if it's unconditional. The truth is this:love is not determined by the one being loved but rather by the one choosing to love. Agape is a decision to make. Love means to commit oneself without guarantee, to give oneself completely in the hope that our love will produce love in the loved person. Love is an act of faith, and whoever is of little faith is also of little love. Inside Agape,there always stands faith.Love does not make the world go ’round;Love is what makes the ride worth while. Agape is like a spoon of spice that makes difference in the whole cook. It does makes difference in people's life. It changes life!
